Your mission
This is a part-time position, with working hours of approximately 15–25 hours per week.
As a Tele Sales Representative, you are primarily responsible for customer acquisition and relationship management via phone and other digital channels. Your mission is to identify potential new customers in the social care sector, convince them of our products and services, and thereby contribute significantly to the company's revenue growth. You act as a key interface between the sales and marketing teams, bringing your ideas and insights to continuously optimize our sales strategies.

- You will contact relevant companies and providers in the social care sector via phone and other channels.
- You will follow up on incoming inquiries, qualify leads, and assess whether they fit potential sales opportunities.
- You will continuously maintain and update customer and lead data in our CRM system.
- You will track and document your activities, ensuring smooth follow-up.
- You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement sales strategies and support campaigns.
- You will provide valuable feedback on customer responses and market trends to improve our sales approaches.
- You will assist with administrative tasks and sales coordination.
