Tele Sales Representative

Your mission
This is a part-time position, with working hours of approximately 15–25 hours per week.

As a Tele Sales Representative, you are primarily responsible for customer acquisition and relationship management via phone and other digital channels. Your mission is to identify potential new customers in the social care sector, convince them of our products and services, and thereby contribute significantly to the company's revenue growth. You act as a key interface between the sales and marketing teams, bringing your ideas and insights to continuously optimize our sales strategies. 
 
What you will do: 
  • You will contact relevant companies and providers in the social care sector via phone and other channels.
  • You will follow up on incoming inquiriesqualify leads, and assess whether they fit potential sales opportunities.
  • You will continuously maintain and update customer and lead data in our CRM system.
  • You will track and document your activitiesensuring smooth follow-up.
  • You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement sales strategies and support campaigns.
  • You will provide valuable feedback on customer responses and market trends to improve our sales approaches.
  • You will assist with administrative tasks and sales coordination.
Your profile
  • You have experience and success in telesales and customer acquisition by phone or you are a business student in the final stage of your studies, looking to build a career in sales. 
  • You are motivated to learn and develop your skills in telesales and customer acquisition by phone.
  • You are comfortable using digital tools. Experience with CRM software or managing customer data is a plus.
  • You are curious about our product portfolio and willing to familiarize yourself with it quickly. 
  • You have strong verbal communication skills in Finnish and enjoy speaking with people in a clear and engaging way. You are also fluent in English.
  • You are organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You are proactivesolution-driven, and able to work independently.
