Deine Mission

Als Software Consultant bei myneva bist du massgeblich an der erfolgreichen Implementierung unserer Softwarelösungen bei Kunden in der stationären und ambulanten Pflege beteiligt. Mit deiner technischen Expertise sorgst du für eine reibungslose Einführung und unterstützt unsere Kundschaft dabei, das volle Potenzial unserer Produkte auszuschöpfen. Dein Beitrag trägt wesentlich zur Zufriedenheit und langfristigen Bindung unserer Kunden, und somit zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens bei.

Was du tun wirst:

Planung, Installation und Konfiguration unserer Softwarelösungen.
Eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von Aufträgen und technischen Projekten, von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zum Go-Live.
Entwicklung massgeschneiderter Lösungen und Architekturen für individuelle Anforderungen.
Einrichtung von Schnittstellen, Durchführung von Updates und Anpassungen.
Analyse, Diagnose und Fehlerbehebung in Projekten.
Unterstützung des Support-Teams bei technischen Herausforderungen.
Dokumentation aller relevanten Prozesse im CRM-System und Sicherstellung einer durchgängigen Wissensbasis.
Aktive Mitgestaltung und Optimierung unserer Prozesse, Standards und Tools.
Schulung von Mitarbeitenden unserer Kund:innen in der Nutzung unserer Software.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Entwicklung und Vertrieb, um kundenorientierte Lösungen zu gestalten.

Dein Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im IT-Bereich.
Erfahrung in der System- oder Datenbankadministration oder Softwareentwicklung.
Fundierte Kenntnisse in SQL / T-SQL und MSSQL-Datenbanksystemen.
Know-how in Netzwerktechnik, Betriebssystemen und Anwendungen.
Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Schulungen oder Workshops von Vorteil.
Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Kommunikationsstärke.
Analytisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz.
Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Optional, aber vorteilhaft: Kenntnisse in der Gesundheits- oder Pflegebranche.

Your mission

As a Software Consultant at myneva, you play a key role in the successful implementation of our software solutions for clients in both inpatient and outpatient care. With your technical expertise, you ensure a smooth rollout and support our customers in leveraging the full potential of our products. Your contribution is essential to customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty, thereby driving the success of our company.

Your responsibilities:

Planning, installation, and configuration of our software solutions.
Independent execution of assignments and technical projects, from requirements analysis to go-live.
Development of customized solutions and architectures for individual needs.
Setting up interfaces, performing updates, and making adjustments.
Analyzing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting issues in projects.
Supporting the support team with technical challenges.
Documenting all relevant processes in the CRM system and ensuring a comprehensive knowledge base.
Actively shaping and optimizing our processes, standards, and tools.
Training our customers' employees in the use of our software.
Close collaboration with product management, development, and sales to create customer-oriented solutions.

Your profile

Successfully completed studies or training in the IT field.
Experience in system or database administration or software development.
Solid knowledge of SQL / T-SQL and MSSQL database systems.
Expertise in networking technology, operating systems, and applications.
Experience in conducting training sessions or workshops is a plus.
Strong customer and service orientation as well as excellent communication skills.
Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach.
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
Optional but advantageous: Knowledge of the healthcare or care industry.
