Teamleitung - Consulting (m/f/d)

Would you like to take on responsibility, develop a dedicated consulting team and, at the same time, drive digitalisation in the social and healthcare sectors? At myneva, you’ll combine leadership with strategic thinking and practical client advice. As a Consulting Team Lead, you’ll work with your team to deliver successful client projects, further develop our consulting approaches and play an active role in supporting our clients on their journey towards a digital future.
 
What you’ll be doing:  

• You’ll be responsible for the technical and managerial leadership of one of our consulting teams specialising in two digital solutions on the German market.
• You’ll be the strategic leader, continuously developing the team and creating the conditions for sustainable success.
• You will continuously improve the quality of your team’s consultancy and service delivery and ensure our clients receive the best possible support.
• Together with your colleagues, you will analyse client requirements and actively contribute to the development of suitable solution concepts.
• You keep track of projects, resources, timelines and priorities, and ensure structured implementation.
• You work closely with Sales, Product Management and other internal teams.
• You identify opportunities for optimisation and growth within your team and ensure these are implemented efficiently.
• You promote open, solution-oriented and cross-team collaboration.

• Several years’ experience in consultancy, project management or client advisory services in the Software as a Service sector.
• Relevant experience in leading a team of 8 or more people – ideally in a consultancy or project environment.
• A proven track record of successfully and sustainably optimising the performance of a team spread across Germany.
• Experience in managing complex software projects and coordinating various stakeholders.
• A structured and independent approach to work, as well as strong prioritisation skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain composed even in challenging situations.
• A strong affinity for IT (previous experience with, for example, MS Windows Server, MS Internet Information Services or MS SQL databases is an advantage but not essential)
• Willingness to familiarise yourself quickly and independently with complex software solutions.
• Very good command of German and good command of English.

 
Nice to have: 

• Proven experience in the care sector and/or in the development or provision of SaaS solutions for highly regulated markets.
