Your mission

As the Head of Sales (m/f/d), you will take full responsibility for steering and further developing our sales operations. Reporting directly to our Country Lead for Germany, you will lead a team of account and sales professionals. In close collaboration with the Consulting, Implementation, Marketing, and Software Development departments, you will design and implement strategies and initiatives that drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.


Your key responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Development: Manage the entire sales team with a modern leadership approach, team-oriented project management, and individual goal setting.
  • Strategic Responsibility: Develop and execute strategies for both new customer acquisition and existing customer retention to ensure sustainable revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Orientation: Ensure a deep understanding of the needs and processes of customer departments to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Market Development: Expand existing market potential and foster long-term customer relationships through regular contact and close collaboration with account managers.
  • Performance Monitoring: Ensure professional pipeline and forecast management while tracking key sales metrics.
  • Role Model: Act as a pragmatic and goal-oriented leader with clear communication, inspiring your team through your achievements and dedication.

Your profile

We are looking for a sales-driven leader with:
  • Extensive Experience: Proven success in operational sales and leadership, both in new business development and existing customer management.
  • Academic Background: A degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on sales.
  • Sales Expertise: Experience in positioning and marketing complex software solutions, preferably in the mid-market segment.
  • Leadership Style: A coaching approach that fosters a trusting and cooperative work environment while motivating the team to achieve peak performance.
  • Strategic Thinking: Creativity in developing new sales strategies for acquiring new customers and innovative approaches to enhance customer retention.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
