Your mission

In this diverse and multifaceted role, you will be responsible for consulting, technical execution, setup, implementation, and configuration of customer projects and orders. The focus is on billing and administration for healthcare organizations, as well as providing ad hoc technical support behind the scenes for support cases. This may include, for example, interfaces or system updates, as well as customer-specific reports or database configurations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Preparing, installing, and configuring our in-house SQL-based solution directly related to ELGA
Independently carrying out client orders or technical tasks arising from client projects
Developing solutions, architectures, and migration options for clients
Setting up interfaces, performing updates, and implementing configurations and customizations in client solutions or the database
Testing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting during client projects, as well as providing background support for the support team
Collaborating on the daily improvement of processes, standards, software solutions, and tools in use
Programming customer-specific logic in C# as part of software customization
Setting up and operating installations using Docker in Linux-based environments
Technical implementation and adaptation of accounting requirements

Your profile

A completed IT education (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University) is an advantage
Experience in system administration, database administration, or software development
Proven knowledge of SQL / T-SQL and MSSQL database systems
Experience in networking, operating systems, and applications
Your exceptional coordination skills ensure successful project leadership and completion
Willingness to learn new things, with a pragmatic, structured, and organized working style
A team player with good German and English language skills
Knowledge of billing processes in healthcare organizations and/or familiarity with ELGA is a strong plus
Basic experience with Linux terminal commands and system tools
Confident use of C# within existing software architectures for customer-specific enhancements
Understanding of accounting processes, especially in the context of IT-supported billing, is an advantage
Experience with XML and XSLT transformations
