- Technical support for our Head of Accounting DACH
- Checking, account assignment and posting of our incoming supplier invoices
- Independent preparation of payment runs
- Bank postings
- Account reconciliation and clarification
- Dunning process
- Cash management
- Participation in special topics and projects in cooperation with internal departments, tax consultants, auditors and authorities
- Further development and continuous automation of existing processes

Your mission
In this position, you will be responsible for challenging and diverse operational tasks in accounting in the myneva DACH area on a full-time or part-time basis (from 32 hours per week). You will take on an important and independent role within the decentralised accounting team. You will be responsible for the following activities
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in the tax field or commercial training with practical experience in financial accounting
- Knowledge and/or experience in NetSuite and/or SAP and/or MS Dynamics
- Knowledge of Swiss or Austrian tax law would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of Office 365
- Enjoy interdisciplinary exchange and the joint design of accounting structures
- Independence, organisational talent, flexibility and a quick grasp are just as important as a high level of self-motivation and enjoyment of numbers
- Good knowledge of German and English
