As Product Owner – Experience & Adoption, your mission is to ensure exactly that: You turn complex domain requirements into intuitive, modern and highly usable product experiences that deliver real value in everyday care workflows.

The Role
You will work as part of a deliberate Product Owner tandem:
  • A Domain-focused PO ensures correctness, completeness and deep understanding of care processes
  • You focus on usability, speed, adoption and product quality
Together, you are responsible for one thing:
A product that is both functionally robust and actually used in daily care operations.

What You Will Do
  • Define clear, valuable MVPs for new modules within myneva.core
  • Translate complex domain requirements into simple, intuitive user flows
  • Conduct user interviews and actively work with care professionals to understand real needs
  • Drive product discovery and validate ideas before they are built
  • Shape modern UX/UI together with design and engineering (fast iteration, prototyping, “vibe coding”)
  • Prioritize based on real user value, not internal complexity
  • Ensure fast iteration cycles and continuous improvement based on usage data
  • Work closely with engineering to deliver high-quality, usable features
  • Track and improve adoption, engagement and real usage in the field

You will shape how myneva.core feels, works and is adopted in real care environments.

Your profile

  • Several years of experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in software products
  • Strong experience in user-centered product development and discovery
  • Proven ability to define MVPs and prioritize in complex environments
  • Strong intuition for modern UX/UI and product simplicity
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile setups
  • Ability to balance speed and quality
  • Comfortable working with strong domain experts and translating complexity into clarity
Language requirements:
  • Fluent German (required) – to work directly with care professionals and stakeholders
  • Strong English (required) – for collaboration in an international product and engineering environment
Nice to have:
  • Experience in healthcare, social sector or other regulated industries
  • Experience with SaaS, cloud or platform-based products
