Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d) – Tech Lead .NET / C#

Your mission

You play a key role in building a new, strategically important web-based product within the myneva portfolio. As a Senior Software Engineer with Tech Lead responsibility, you shape the technical architecture of the product and significantly influence its integration into existing myneva products through well-designed, API-first interfaces.
You work predominantly hands-on using .NET / C#, defining technical guardrails and ensuring that architectural decisions are scalable, maintainable, and robust in the long term. In addition, you take on technical leadership for a growing engineering team, acting as a role model for engineering excellence, modern development practices, and the responsible use of new technologies — including AI-supported development tools.
In this role, you combine deep technical expertise, product thinking, and pragmatic leadership to help build a sustainable product that can scale across markets and regulatory environments.

Your Responsibilities

You design and evolve the application and integration architecture of a new web-based product.
You design and own core backend and API components using .NET / C#.
You set technical standards and ensure scalable, maintainable implementations.
You guide architectural decisions considering security, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
You work hands-on in development and act as a technical role model.
You lead and mentor engineers through reviews, coaching, and technical decisions.
You enable responsible and effective use of AI-supported development tools.
You collaborate closely with product management and neighboring teams.

Your profile

You bring several years of professional experience in backend or fullstack software development using .NET / C#.
You have strong experience designing APIs and working with modular or distributed system architectures.
You demonstrate a clear architectural mindset and make technical decisions with long-term scalability and maintainability in mind.
You have experience taking technical leadership responsibility, mentoring engineers, and guiding teams through complex decisions.
You enjoy working hands-on while owning critical or foundational system components.
You understand security, data protection, and regulatory requirements and incorporate them into technical decisions.
You have practical experience using AI-supported development tools and understand their benefits, limitations, and risks.
You communicate confidently in English (C1 level); German is an advantage.

Du spielst eine zentrale Rolle beim Aufbau eines neuen, strategisch wichtigen webbasierten Produkts im myneva-Portfolio. Als Senior Software Engineer mit Tech-Lead-Verantwortung gestaltest du die technische Architektur des Produkts maßgeblich und prägst deren Integration in bestehende myneva-Produkte durch klar definierte, API-first Schnittstellen.
Du arbeitest überwiegend hands-on mit .NET / C#, definierst technische Leitplanken und stellst sicher, dass Architekturentscheidungen langfristig skalierbar, wartbar und robust sind. Gleichzeitig übernimmst du die technische Führung eines wachsenden Engineering-Teams und agierst als Vorbild für Engineering-Exzellenz, moderne Entwicklungspraktiken und den verantwortungsvollen Einsatz neuer Technologien – einschließlich KI-gestützter Entwicklungstools.
In dieser Rolle verbindest du tiefgehende technische Expertise mit Produktverständnis und pragmatischer Führung, um ein nachhaltiges Produkt aufzubauen, die über verschiedene Märkte und regulatorische Rahmenbedingungen hinweg skalieren kann.

Deine Aufgaben

Du konzipierst und entwickelst die Applikations- und Integrationsarchitektur eines neuen webbasierten Produkts weiter.
Du entwirfst und verantwortest zentrale Backend- und API-Komponenten mit .NET / C#.
Du definierst technische Standards und stellst skalierbare sowie wartbare Implementierungen sicher.
Du triffst Architekturentscheidungen unter Berücksichtigung von Security, Datenschutz und regulatorischen Anforderungen.
Du arbeitest hands-on in der Entwicklung und übernimmst eine Vorbildfunktion im Team.
Du führst und unterstützt Entwickler durch Code-Reviews, Mentoring und technische Entscheidungsfindung.
Du befähigst das Team zum verantwortungsvollen und effektiven Einsatz KI-gestützter Entwicklungstools.
Du arbeitest eng mit Product Management und angrenzenden Teams zusammen.

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Backend- oder Fullstack-Entwicklung mit .NET / C#.
Du hast fundierte Erfahrung in der Gestaltung von APIs und in modularen oder verteilten Systemarchitekturen.
Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Architekturverständnis und triffst technische Entscheidungen mit Blick auf langfristige Skalierbarkeit und Wartbarkeit.
Du hast Erfahrung in der technischen Führung, im Mentoring von Entwicklern und in der Begleitung komplexer Entscheidungen.
Du arbeitest gerne hands-on und übernimmst Verantwortung für geschäftskritische oder zentrale Systemkomponenten.
Du berücksichtigst Security-, Datenschutz- und regulatorische Anforderungen in deinen Architektur- und Designentscheidungen.
Du hast praktische Erfahrung im Einsatz KI-gestützter Entwicklungstools und kennst deren Chancen und Grenzen.
Du kommunizierst sicher auf Englisch (C1); Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

Desempenha um papel central na construção de um novo produto web estrategicamente importante dentro do portfólio da myneva. Como Senior Software Engineer com responsabilidade de Tech Lead, você define a arquitetura técnica do produto e influencia significativamente sua integração aos produtos existentes da myneva por meio de interfaces bem projetadas, orientadas por API.

Trabalha predominantemente na prática com .NET / C#, definindo diretrizes técnicas e garantindo que as decisões arquitetônicas sejam escaláveis, fáceis de manter e robustas a longo prazo. Além disso, assume a liderança técnica de uma equipe de engenharia em crescimento, atuando como modelo de excelência em engenharia, práticas modernas de desenvolvimento e uso responsável de novas tecnologias — incluindo ferramentas de desenvolvimento assistidas por IA.

Nesta função, combina profundo conhecimento técnico, pensamento de produto e liderança pragmática para ajudar a construir um produto sustentável, capaz de escalar em diferentes mercados e ambientes regulatórios.

Responsabilidades:

Projetar e evoluir a arquitetura de aplicação e integração de um novo produto web.
Projetar e ser responsável por componentes centrais de backend e APIs usando .NET / C#.
Definir padrões técnicos e garantir implementações escaláveis e fáceis de manter.
Orientar decisões arquitetônicas considerando segurança, proteção de dados e requisitos regulatórios.
Trabalhar de forma prática no desenvolvimento e atuar como modelo técnico.
Liderar e orientar engenheiros por meio de revisões, coaching e decisões técnicas.
Habilitar o uso responsável e eficaz de ferramentas de desenvolvimento assistidas por IA.
Colaborar estreitamente com gestão de produto e equipes adjacentes.

Seu perfil

Possui vários anos de experiência profissional em desenvolvimento de software backend ou fullstack utilizando .NET / C#.
Tem sólida experiência no design de APIs e no trabalho com arquiteturas de sistemas modulares ou distribuídos.
Demonstra uma mentalidade arquitetônica clara e toma decisões técnicas com foco em escalabilidade e manutenção a longo prazo.
Possui experiência em assumir responsabilidades de liderança técnica, mentorando engenheiros e orientando equipes em decisões complexas.
Gosta de trabalhar de forma prática, assumindo a responsabilidade por componentes críticos ou fundamentais do sistema.
Compreende requisitos de segurança, proteção de dados e regulamentação, incorporando-os nas decisões técnicas.
Tem experiência prática no uso de ferramentas de desenvolvimento assistidas por IA e entende seus benefícios, limitações e riscos.
Comunica-se com confiança em inglês (nível C1); conhecimentos de alemão são um diferencial.
