Your mission

As Consulting Group Director (m/f/d), you are jointly responsible with the country organizations for the functional and disciplinary leadership of all consulting units across the myneva Group. You establish scalable structures, group-wide standards, as well as AI-enabled processes and frameworks to sustainably increase quality, efficiency, and customer value.

Your responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for the group-wide leadership and further development of the consulting organization within an international matrix setup
Design and implementation of a unified consulting operating model, including resource, skill, and capacity management
Ensuring delivery excellence through clear governance, standards, KPIs, and scalable processes
Development and coaching of consulting leads, with accountability for performance and quality
Design and rollout of group-wide frameworks, SOPs, playbooks, and templates for implementation and adoption
Strategic use of AI within consulting (use-case identification, process automation, governance, and compliance)
Close collaboration with central and local stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Country Leadership) and structured feedback loops into product strategy

Your profile

Several years of leadership experience in consulting or professional services organizations
Proven experience in building scalable operating models and standardized processes
Strong background in project, program, and portfolio management
Experience with AI and/or automation initiatives
High willingness to travel across country organizations
An advantage: Industry-specific know-how in the healthcare sector
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)

Als Consulting Group Director (m/w/d) verantwortest du gemeinsam mit den Länderorganisationen die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung aller Consulting-Units der myneva Gruppe. Du etablierst skalierbare Strukturen, gruppenweite Standards sowie KI-gestützte Prozesse und Frameworks zur nachhaltigen Steigerung von Qualität, Effizienz und Kundennutzen.

Deine Aufgaben:

Gesamtverantwortung für die gruppenweite Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Consulting-Organisation im internationalen Matrix-Setup
Aufbau und Etablierung eines einheitlichen Consulting Operating Models inkl. Ressourcen-, Skill- und Kapazitätssteuerung
Sicherstellung von Delivery Excellence durch klare Governance, Standards, KPIs und skalierbare Prozesse
Entwicklung und Coaching der Consulting-Leads sowie Verantwortung für Performance und Qualität
Gestaltung und Einführung gruppenweiter Frameworks, SOPs, Playbooks und Templates für Implementierung und Adoption
Strategische Nutzung von KI im Consulting (Use-Case-Identifikation, Prozessautomatisierung, Governance & Compliance)
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit zentralen und lokalen Stakeholdern (Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Country Leadership) sowie strukturierter Feedback-Transfer in die Produktstrategie

Dein Profil

Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in Consulting- oder Professional-Services-Organisationen
Erfahrung im Aufbau skalierbarer Operating Models und Standardprozesse
Praxis in Projekt-, Programm- und Portfolio-Management
Erfahrung mit KI- oder Automatisierungsinitiativen
Hohe Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Länderorganisationen
Von Vorteil: Branchen-Know-how des Gesundheitswesens
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (min. Sprachniveau C1)
