Deine Mission

Als HR-Specialist (m/w/d) spielst Du eine wichtige Rolle bei der Unterstützung der Human Ressource Abteilung für unsere deutschen Standorte. Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere HR-Prozesse auf dem neuesten Stand sind und effektiv umgesetzt werde. Mit deinem Know-How trägst du maßgeblich zum strategischen und operativen Erfolg der Gesamtstrategie des Unternehmens bei. Mittels Planung, Umsetzung und Bewertung von HR-Richtlinien und -Praktiken stärkst du die Humanressourcen des Unternehmens und trägst somit aktiv zu einer positiven Unternehmenskultur bei.

Deine Aufgaben:

Du betreust unsere Mitarbeitenden in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen – vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
Du pflegst Personalstammdaten und führst die digitalen Personalakten
Du machst die vorbereitende Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, stellst alle nötigen Informationen zusammen und bildest hier die Schnittstelle zu unserer Finance-Fachabteilung
Du unterstützt bei HR-bezogenen Projekten
Du achtest auf die Einhaltung gesetzlicher, tariflicher und interner Vorgaben - Arbeitsrecht und Vertragsmanagement gehören zu Deinen Stärken

Dein Profil

Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal
Einschlägige und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (min. vier Jahre) in der Personalsachbearbeitung
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und diskrete Arbeitsweise
Spaß an der Arbeit mit Menschen und eine serviceorientierte Haltung
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit HR-Software (bspw. der sichere Umgang mit Personio ist ein Plus)
Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Your mission

As an HR Specialist (m/f/d), you play an important role in supporting the Human Resources department for our German locations. You ensure that our HR processes are up to date and effectively implemented. With your expertise, you make a significant contribution to the strategic and operational success of the company’s overall strategy. Through the planning, implementation, and evaluation of HR policies and practices, you strengthen the company’s human resources and actively contribute to a positive corporate culture.

Your responsibilities:

You support our employees in all HR-related matters – from onboarding to offboarding
You maintain employee master data and manage digital personnel files
You support the preparation of payroll and act as the interface to our Finance department
You assist with HR-related projects
You ensure compliance with legal, collective bargaining, and internal regulations

Your profile

Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with a focus on Human Resources
Several years of relevant professional experience (minimum four years) in HR administration
Very good knowledge of German labor and social security law
A structured, careful, and discreet working style
Enjoy working with people and a strong service-oriented mindset
Confident user of MS Office; experience with HR software (e.g. strong proficiency in Personio) is a plus
Excellent German skills (written and spoken) and good English skills (written and spoken)
