To better support our customers in implementing the Client Data Repository for Social Welfare Services (part of the nationwide Kanta services), we are looking for a motivated and systematic trainer to help our customers transition to becoming users of the Client Data Repository for Social Welfare Services through customer training sessions.
Our highly satisfied customers use the Hilkka and Nappula customer information systems in a variety of social care services. As a trainer, you will organize and implement Kanta training for our social welfare products, both remotely and occasionally on site. You will serve as an important link between customers and the software development team and, if necessary, also participate in problem solving and handling support requests. If you wish, you can also participate in system testing. As a trainer, your field of work covers the whole of Finland.

- technical or social and health care education; experience with social and health care systems is considered an advantag
