As an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d), you will support our sales team in all administrative, organizational, and operational matters. The goal is to ensure smooth sales processes and contribute to increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities:
Support the sales team with quotation preparation, order entry, and order processing
Maintain and manage customer master data in the CRM system
Prepare and follow up on quotations, contracts, and order confirmations
Coordinate appointments and travel arrangements for the sales team
Prepare reports, statistics, and forecasts for management
Assist in the preparation of trade fairs, customer meetings, and presentations
Handle incoming customer inquiries
