Your mission
As an Inside Sales (m/f/d), you will support our sales team with administrative tasks, handling customer inquiries, and processing orders. Your work will play a key role in increasing the efficiency of our sales operations, improving customer satisfaction, and helping us achieve our business goals. You ensure that our internal processes run smoothly – making a direct contribution to our shared success.
What you will do
You will support our sales team in maintaining and developing sales territories and customer data.
You will adjust contracts, regularly update company data, and verify contact information for accuracy.
You will create quotes for existing and potential customers and pass verified orders to the consulting team.
You will check orders for completeness, forward them for processing, and enter them into the ERP system.
You will support marketing activities such as campaigns, trade shows, and events – from preparation to follow-up.
You will actively contribute to the optimization of internal processes and workflows within Inside Sales.
You will help organize customer events, such as user days or trade fairs, in collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
