Als HR Manager (m/v/x) ben je een belangrijke speler in het ondersteunen van verschillende bedrijfsfuncties binnen de Benelux-regio. Je zorgt ervoor dat HR-processen up-to-date zijn en effectief worden geïmplementeerd, waarbij je direct bijdraagt aan de algehele strategie van het bedrijf. Door het plannen, implementeren en evalueren van HR-beleid en -praktijken, versterk je de human resources van de organisatie en bevorder je een positieve bedrijfscultuur.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

Verantwoordelijk voor de juiste administratieve uitvoering van HR-maatregelen binnen de Benelux (Nederland en België).
Ontwikkelen van richtlijnen voor administratieve HR-onderwerpen in lijn met de bedrijfsstrategie en ondersteuning bij de implementatie.
Ondersteunen van specialisten en managers bij arbeidsrechtelijke kwesties en alle HR-processen.
In samenwerking met collega's de voorbereidend salarisadministratie uitvoeren en fungeren als interface naar de belastingadviseur.
Nauw samenwerken met het wervings-team om te ondersteunen bij de werving van talenten.
Conceptueel bijdragen aan verschillende HR-projecten op mondiaal niveau.

Jouw profiel

Significante ervaring (minimaal 3 jaar) in een HR-rol, zoals HR Manager, HR-administratie of vergelijkbaar.
Uitstekende kennis van arbeidsrecht in Nederland en HR-processen. HR-ervaring in de Vlaamse regio van België is een pré.
Ervaring met het gebruik van Personio, met name in administratieve rollen, en het opzetten van het systeem voor nieuwe landen.
Vloeiend in zowel Nederlands als Engels (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk).
Ervaring in het werken met bedrijfsgezondheidsdiensten en verzekeringsmaatschappijen.

Your mission

As an HR Manager (m/f/d), you will be a key player in supporting various company functions within the Benelux region. You will ensure that HR processes are up-to-date and effectively implemented, directly contributing to the company's overall strategy. Through the planning, implementation, and evaluation of HR policies and practices, you will enhance the organization’s human resources and foster a positive corporate culture.

Your responsibilities:

Responsible for the proper administrative implementation of HR measures within Benelux (Netherlands and Belgium).
Develop guidelines on administrative HR topics aligned with the company strategy and support their implementation.
Provide support to specialists and managers on labor law issues and all HR processes.
In collaboration with colleagues, take over the preparatory payroll and act as the interface to the tax consultant.
Work closely with the recruiting team to assist in talent acquisition.
Contribute conceptually to various HR projects on a global level.

Your profile

Significant experience (at least 3 years) in a HR role like HR Manager, HR administration or similar.

Excellent knowledge of labor law in the Netherlands and HR processes. HR experience in the Flemish region of Belgium is a nice to have.
Experience in using Personio, particularly in administrative roles, and setting up the system for new countries.
Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken).
Experience in working with occupational health services and insurance companies.
