Deine Mission
  • Verantwortung für die Implementierung, Konfiguration und kontinuierliche Optimierung von ERP-Programmen (NetSuite)
  • Analyse und Verbesserung bestehender Geschäftsprozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Integration von NetSuite in bestehende IT-Systeme
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Automatisierungs- und Anpassungsstrategien innerhalb von NetSuite
  • Schulung und Support der Endbenutzer, um eine effiziente Nutzung des ERP-Systems zu gewährleisten
  • Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern sowie Koordination mit internen Stakeholdern
  • Sicherstellung der Datenqualität, Compliance und IT-Sicherheitsanforderungen innerhalb des ERP-Systems
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Verwaltung, Implementierung und Optimierung von ERP-Systemen, insbesondere NetSuite
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der ERP-gestützten Prozessgestaltung und Automatisierung
  • Erfahrung mit der Integration von Drittanbietersystemen in NetSuite
  • Gute Kenntnisse in SQL, JavaScript oder SuiteScript sind von Vorteil
  • Analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Your mission
  • Responsibility for the implementation, configuration and continuous optimisation of ERP programs (NetSuite)
  • Analysing and improving existing business processes in close cooperation with the specialist departments
  • Supporting the integration of NetSuite into existing IT systems
  • Development and implementation of automation and customisation strategies within NetSuite
  • Training and support of end users to ensure efficient use of the ERP system
  • Management of external service providers and coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring data quality, compliance and IT security requirements within the ERP system
Your profile
  • Completed studies in the field of business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in the administration, implementation and optimisation of ERP systems, in particular NetSuite
  • Sound knowledge of ERP-supported process design and automation
  • Experience with the integration of third-party systems in NetSuite
  • Good knowledge of SQL, JavaScript or SuiteScript is an advantage
  • Analytical and solution-orientated way of working
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various departments
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
