Your mission
As a Global Sourcing Manager, you are responsible for all procurement activities related to goods and services. Your role goes beyond just placing orders – you conduct comprehensive price comparisons, market analyses, and supplier negotiations. Your mission is to establish and maintain sustainable supplier relationships while securing the best terms for the company.
What you'll do- Oversee the entire procurement process, from selecting and evaluating suppliers to negotiating delivery and payment terms
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency and risk mitigation
- Manage contracts and track sourcing KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams such as accounting, sales, and product management
- Conduct market research and analyze vendors based on cost, quality, and capacity
- Implement cost-saving strategies to align with company goals
