Product Owner (m/f/d)

Your mission
Hilkka and Nappula are cornerstone products in myneva’s Nordic portfolio, supporting thousands of care professionals in their daily work. In this role, you’ll ensure these trusted solutions remain reliable, compliant, and well-integrated with our apps and shared services — providing users with seamless access to myneva’s latest innovations. 

Your tasks:
  • Develop and maintain a clear, pragmatic product vision for Finnish products, aligned with business value and user benefit — with a strong focus on integration and long-term maintainability.
  • Translate customer insights, regulatory requirements, and internal input into viable roadmapsepics, and user stories in collaboration with other myneva product teams.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, focusing on integration with myneva’s new apps and shared services,  and country-specific compliance (especially Finland and future expansion markets like Sweden).
  • Serve as a bridge between the Finnish products and myneva’s shared innovations, ensuring continuity while preparing for future interoperability and expansion.
  • Collaborate continuously with Product Owners of other myneva products, aligning roadmaps and release timing to enable seamless integrations.


Your profile

  • 5+ years of professional experience in product or project management, ideally in SaaS environment.
  • solid background in agile product development, with strong skills in backlog management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software integration and legacy system maintenance.
  • Analytical and structured thinking, with the ability to balance long-term modernization and short-term stability.
  • Experience working with external regulatory requirements and translating them into product development.
  • Familiarity with the care domain (elderly care and/or child welfare) is a plus, but direct care background is not required.
  • Comfortable working in an international, collaborative product organization with shared processes and interdependent backlogs.
  • Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English (C1+); Swedish and/or German are considered assets.
