Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission
As an experienced Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) you`ll drive our growth marketing initiatives and manage all paid media strategies for the myneva Group. You will play a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing performance-based campaigns across various channels, including Search Engine Advertising (SEA), Google Ads, Paid Social Media, and Content Syndication. You have a proven track record in B2B marketing, with deep knowledge of performance marketing best practices and a data-driven approach to achieving lead generation and revenue goals.

What you' ll do:

  • Drive the Growth Marketing Strategy: Design, implement, and oversee the performance marketing strategy to achieve high-impact growth targets. Develop tailored approaches for each channel, optimizing for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • ManagePaid Media Campaigns: Lead all paid advertising initiatives, including SEA, Google Ads, Paid Social (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.), and content syndication. Ensure that campaigns align with the company’s overall marketing strategy and revenue objectives.
  • MonitorChannel Optimization & Performance Analysis: Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to meet or exceed KPIs, such as lead generation, cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-lead (CPL), and return on ad spend (ROAS). Use A/B testing and data analysis to refine targeting, ad copy, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
  • DevelopAudience Targeting and Segmentation: Use audience insights to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with various buyer personas in the Care space. Build custom and lookalike audiences and leverage retargeting tactics to drive deeper engagement throughout the customer journey.
  • Manage the Content Syndication Strategy: Manage and optimize content syndication partnerships and platforms to increase the visibility and reach of key content assets. Coordinate with the content team to identify high-value assets for syndication, ensuring they support overall campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with Sales, Campaign Managers, Content, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals, messaging, and targeting. Provide insights and feedback on how to enhance product positioning and lead nurturing.
  • Drive Reporting and Insights: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics. Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to optimize future campaigns and drive continuous improvement. Prepare executive reports to communicate ROI and progress toward growth targets.
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or certifications in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing are a plus.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing paid media channels, including Google Ads, SEA, and paid social platforms like LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Experience with content syndication and familiarity with platforms like TechTarget, Demandbase, or NetLine is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in data analysis tools and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Creative and solution-oriented mindset, with a passion for staying current with industry trends and technologies.
  • Fluent in Englisch and German a big plus
