Deine Mission

Verantwortung für die Implementierung von IT-Services, um die kontinuierliche Verfügbarkeit der IT-Infrastruktur sicherzustellen
Systemleistung überwachen und Probleme beheben, um optimale Performance und Verfügbarkeit sicherzustellen. Systemkonfigurationen und Updates verwalten, um Sicherheit und Stabilität zu gewährleisten.
Überwachung und Analyse von IT-Services zur Identifizierung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten
Regelmäßige Backups durchführen sowie Datenintegrität und -verfügbarkeit sicherstellen.
Proaktive Koordination und Eskalation von Störungen (Incident Management) sowie Sicherstellung einer schnellen Problemlösung
Containerisierte Anwendungen mit Docker und Kubernetes administrieren und optimieren.
Die Bereitstellung und Verwaltung von Infrastruktur mithilfe von Skripting und Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automatisieren.
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und externen Dienstleistern zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs
Implementierung und Überwachung von IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien und -Prozessen in
Übereinstimmung mit den geltenden Standards (ISO 27001 und C5T2 von Vorteil)

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung
Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen Ticketing- und Monitoring-Tools
Ausgeprägte Hands on-Mentalität
Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Teamfähigkeit, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Organisationsgeschick
Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (min. Sprachniveau C2)
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (min. Sprachniveau B2)

Your mission

Responsibility for implementing IT services to ensure the continuous availability of the IT infrastructure.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and availability. Manage system configurations and updates to guarantee security and stability.
Monitor and analyze IT services to identify opportunities for improvement.
Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity and availability.
Proactively coordinate and escalate incidents (incident management) and ensure rapid issue resolution.
Administer and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Automate the provisioning and management of infrastructure using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Work closely with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth IT operations.
Implement and monitor IT security policies and processes in accordance with applicable standards (ISO 27001 and C5T2 preferred).

Your profile

Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
Experience working with common ticketing and monitoring tools
Strong hands-on mentality
Excellent analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach to work
Outstanding communication skills and assertiveness
Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment, and strong organizational skills
Willingness to undertake occasional business travel
Excellent German skills, both spoken and written (minimum level C2)
Very good English skills, both spoken and written (minimum level B2)
