Your mission
In this role, you'll be our user expert with an overview and empathy. As part of a team of motivated colleagues, you will work directly with our existing customers and support them in using our software; always with the aim of solving challenges sustainably. You report to the Team Lead Customer Support.
- Target-oriented processing of customer inquiries for a defined customer base
- Direct communication with existing customers to solve problems
- Collaboration with the Product Management, Development and Consulting teams in the area of product development Reporting ticket information to the Team Lead to identify optimization potential
- Maintaining the internal customer management systems and knowledge databases

This position is based at myneva Germany and relates to the Hamburg, Essen, Frankfurt and Freiburg locations (with mobile work option).
