Product Owner

Your mission
As Product Owner, you will be responsible for creating and leading the fulfilment of product vision, strategy and roadmap of our software that is used in providing child protection and disability services. You work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features based on customer feedback and business objectives. Using Agile methodologies in product development, managing product quality and monitoring and analyzing key metrics create the framework to your role. In cross-functional and cross-product collaboration in a multinational organization you will contribute to continuously improve and harmonize product management and development processes. You will represent the voice of the customer and work with marketing and sales to develop marketing strategies and support effective selling.
Your profile
  • Solid experience as a SaaS product owner or product manager within software industry
  • Business and solution oriented
  • Proven ability to identify business opportunities
  • Initiative and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good decision making skills
  • Good cooperation and interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills in both Finnish and English
  • Good stress tolerance
  • Service design and UX skills would be an advantage
  • Either located in Tampere area or able to spend time regularly in our Tampere office with the development team

This position is located in Finland, where we have offices in Joensuu and Tampere as well as possibility to work remotely.
